Use of the service
ProaktivAI provides a private AI knowledge base for business users. You are responsible for the content you upload, the users you invite, and the way outputs are reviewed before business use.
Customer data
Your organization data remains scoped to your workspace. Do not upload content you do not have permission to process, including regulated or sensitive data unless your plan and written agreement allow it.
AI outputs
AI-generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Critical legal, financial, medical, safety, employment, and customer-facing decisions should be reviewed by an authorized person before use.
Accounts and security
You must keep account credentials secure and promptly remove users who should no longer have access. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful use.
