How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, isolate tenant workspaces, retrieve relevant knowledge, generate answers, operate integrations, monitor reliability, and support customer requests.
Third-party services
The service may use providers for authentication, infrastructure, AI models, email, storage, billing, and connected data sources. Connector access is controlled by the organization administrator.
Retention and deletion
Customers can remove uploaded documents, memory, connectors, and users from the workspace. Some audit, billing, security, and backup records may be retained as required for service integrity.
